Front drilling machine for kitchen industry

Processing of up to 4 kitchen fronts per minute. Automatic setting of 4 different hinges and a stop buffer. Accuracy requirements in the machining by the robot in the range of 0.2 mm.

Accuracy is achieved via a robot compensation system developed in-house. The system's performance is achieved by stations working in parallel. The system is loaded and unloaded during non-productive time.
