Drilling gear with rigid spindles
We develop rigid drilling gearboxes for series drilling operations to get the most out of your drilling machine. The configuration and arrangement of the individual drill spindles can be freely selected. A central drive via all common machine interfaces drives all drill spindles simultaneously via gear wheels.

Our high-quality drilling gearboxes with extendable spindles achieve maximum precision thanks to their monoblock design. The individually extendable drill quills lock positively in the extended position to achieve maximum forces and machining speeds. In addition to the interchangeable drill quills in the assembled state, these spindles offer many other sophisticated features in this product range.

Design
The monoblock design guarantees maximum precision and easy replacement of the drill spindles when installed.
Drill spindles
Drill spindles with Weldon mount, grid dimension 32 mm, speed up to 7,500 rpm.
Drive
A drive motor controlled centrally by a frequency converter drives the drill spindles and units via gear wheels.
