Retirement of long-time employee

On the retirement of Bernd Wiedemer

After 20 years and 6 months of service with the Zimmer Group, Bernd Wiedemer was given a ceremonial retirement today. The long-time employee joined Zimmer GmbH Technische Werkstätten on 01.02.2003 in the prototype construction department. At the beginning of 2010, he moved to Zimmer GmbH Kunststofftechnik in the milling toolmaking department. There he worked as a (CNC) skilled worker until the end.

The farewell ceremony was attended - in addition to Bernd Wiedemer - by Jonas Zimmer (management), Peter Müller (plastics technology plant management), Matthias Bühler (toolmaking production management) and Thomas Rohr (works council). Together, they looked back on their successful work and the many years they have spent together.

Bernd Wiedemer had celebrated his 20th anniversary with the company in February 2023, and he will now go into well-deserved retirement on July 31. The Zimmer Group would like to thank him for his many years of loyalty and wishes him all the best and good health for his new phase of life.

Like all former employees who have retired from Zimmer Group, Bernd Wiedemer is still cordially invited to the annual summer party and Christmas celebration.
