LONG-STANDING COMPANY LOYALTY CELEBRATED
OVER A MILLENNIUM OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE
The future of industry will be significantly shaped by automation technologies and innovative solutions, but the commitment and experience of employees remains crucial to success. For this reason, on 14 March, the Zimmer Group honoured the loyalty and dedication of its long-standing employees, who together can look back on an impressive 1,250 years of service, at what has become an annual anniversary celebration.
At the celebration, 66 employees who can look back on ten years or more of service to the company in 2023 were honoured. The workforce celebrated this special milestone together with the management over champagne and stimulating conversation.
"The anniversary celebration is a sign of our gratitude for the commitment, hard work and passion of every single employee in the Zimmer Group family. It is a celebration of our joint achievements and the milestones we have reached," emphasised Martin Zimmer in his speech. "Every company thrives on the knowledge, skills and commitment of every employee. In order to be able to utilise this energy, it needs precisely those employees who contribute themselves and their experience to the company over a long period of time."
After the ceremonial words, the management presented the jubilarians with the traditional medals and gifts as a sign of recognition for their consistency and outstanding achievements.
The celebrations ended with a cosy get-together with snacks and drinks. In an atmosphere of openness and transparency, lively discussions were held, laughter shared and experiences exchanged. The anniversary celebration was a heartfelt thank you to all those who contribute every day with passion and expertise to ensuring that the company continues to develop, develop new technologies and expand its product range in order to continue to position itself successfully internationally.
