Farewell to two loyal colleagues

Retirement for Arietta Retsch and Philippe Morenne

Zimmer GmbH Dämpfungssysteme held a ceremony on April 16 to bid farewell to two long-serving employees as they took their well-deserved retirement: Ms. Arietta Retsch and Mr. Philippe Morenne.

Arietta Retsch, who began her professional career at Zimmer GmbH DS on February 15, 2008, was universally appreciated as a helpful and warm-hearted colleague. In his speech, Christoph Boog, Managing Director of Zimmer GmbH Dämpfungssysteme, emphasized that she had performed her duties with great dedication and conscientiousness, first in Production and later in the Research and Development department. Last Tuesday, after 16 years of dedicated work, they not only celebrated their many years of loyalty to the company, but also the start of a new chapter in their lives.

Philippe Morenne, who has been employed at Zimmer GmbH DS since March 15, 2004, distinguished himself through his diligence and flexibility in automated assembly. Philippe accompanied the company through many changes and celebrated his 20th anniversary with the company before retiring. Zimmer GmbH DS appreciates his performance and flexibility and bids him farewell as he enters a new phase of his life.

In his speech, Christoph Boog also emphasized the loyalty and constant commitment of the two employees. He was joined by Marco Erhard (Production Manager), Laurent Tschedering (Deputy Production Manager) and Fabian Erk (Works Council) at the official farewell ceremony. “Zimmer GmbH DS is grateful for the commitment and dedication that both have invested in our company over many years,” said Christoph Boog.

The company wishes Arietta Retsch and Philippe Morenne all the best for the future, good health and a fulfilling time and hopes that they will continue to be present at internal celebrations such as the summer party or the Christmas party.
